Site Survey, Process & Cycle Analysis

Our engineers visit your plant to thoroughly analyze part geometry, existing machinery, and targeted cycle times.

3D CAD Design, Simulation & PCB Layout

Mechanical components are engineered in 3D CAD; robot reachabilities are simulated using ABB RobotStudio®, and custom PCB layouts are drawn if required.

Workshop Fabrication, Panel & Mechatronic Assembly

Structural frame fabrication, 3D printing of custom end-effectors, hydraulic/pneumatic piping, and PLC control panel wiring are executed in our Gebze workshop.

Workshop Pre-Testing & Calibration (FAT)

Before dispatch, systems are operated on test benches in our workshop, software bugs are eliminated, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) is completed.

On-Site Installation, Commissioning & Training (SAT)

The system is installed in your factory, interfaced with the production line, and handed over turnkey after comprehensive operator training (SAT).
